This modern 45m² studio is located opposite the famous Martinez Hotel in rue Latour Maubourg. The Croisette & its beaches are only meters away which makes it very easy walking access to all the main parts of Cannes.

The main room is East facing, very comfortable, bright and well furnished with a big dining table, sofa, TV unit and a desk area.

There is a nice balcony from which you have a lateral sea view and can enjoy breakfast outside.

The studio has been tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, separate WC, TV and WIFI internet access. Plenty of cupboard space.

The apartment sleeps 2-4 people with its two double sofa beds and is ideal for a couple or a small family. Even the worldwide known “Palais des Festivals” is within walking distance, just like bakers, restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques such as Chanel, Christian Dior..... to name just a few.
