As we are on the hill the permanent little breeze coming from the sea cleans and cools the air during all the year ! So we have all the advantages of being in the center of Cannes (going out, shops, luxus, glamour, atmosphere?) in an atmosphere with no pollution, no noise and no heat ! A real dream !
